A very reflective and poetic Mandarin song from 2014, lyrics written and sang by American Christine Welch, a Wisconsin born singer/songwriter.
In 2019 she was invited to perform on season 2 of Everlasting Classics (經典詠流傳), a show where songs are created combining classic poems or philosophy with music. Part of the lyrics of A Million Possibilities was re-written and based on the 4th century BC’s Chinese philosopher, Zhuangzi’s Butterfly Dream (莊周夢蝶) and is titled Butterfly Dream: A Million Possibilities (夢蝶：一百萬個可能).
