Love in the Moonlight สลักรักในแสงจันทร์ is a 10-episode Thai BL period drama series which premiered on September 15, 2025.
The story begins amidst political crisis and power struggles when the city of Chan Saeng, ruled by Prince Kamfa (Nok Chatchai), is about to be merged with the state of Nanta under the authority of General Kalong (Dom Haetrakul). To preserve the family’s honor and wealth, Kamfa forces his only son, Prince Saenkaew (Peak Peemapol), to marry “Pin” Pinanong (Perth Veerinsara), the daughter of Sir Bodin (Willie Ruengrit McIntosh). Although Saenkaew objects, Pinanong accepts, as this is her only chance to marry the man she has loved since childhood.
Complication unfolds when Saenkaew travels to Bangkok and meets Sasin (Pearl Satjakorn), Pinanong’s cousin, who disapproves of the marriage and relentlessly nitpicks at Saenkaew, turning the two into rivals. However, an unexpected event brings the two closer together, and special feelings begin to develop between them. With Saenkaew’s heart locked with Sasin’s, will he choose to “do his duty” to preserve the city of Chan Saeng, or will he choose to “follow his heart”? How will this seemingly impossible love end?
