Something before and After 整形過後 (translated as After Plastic Surgery) is a 20-episode Taiwanese drama series that premiered on December 13, 2025 in Taiwan.
Every face tells a unique story; can changing your face change your life? Set against the backdrop of plastic surgery, this story directly confronts modern people’s yearning for beauty and the twists and turns of their destinies. Celebrity doctor Jiang Haoyu reunites with his long-lost junior, Yang Yasong, after a controversial surgery. Conflicts between his philosophies and the clinic’s interests create tension between his right-hand woman, Su Fei, and lead Haoyu to re-examine the weight of life behind “beauty.” The arrival of Korean plastic surgeon Lee Yoo-eun further shakes the clinic’s future. As each case is revealed, plastic surgery transcends mere cosmetic repair, touching upon the cracks in humanity and the possibility of redemption.
