Last year we have the Swedish series Young Royals, this year we are getting another excellent LGBTQ+ coming-of-age series from the UK, Heartstopper. Based on the webcomic and graphic novel of the same name by Alice Oseman, the brand new 8-episode series premiered on April 22, 2022. It is a very good and well told story that I binge watched all 8 30-minute episodes last night and thoroughly enjoyed the series.
The songs used in the new series are very much all previous releases from the indie pop artists around the world. However there is one new song that was released in conjunction with the series by Baby Queen. The composer in charge of the music scores for the series is Adiescar Chase.
