Channel TEN is going to screen Jamie’s Family Christmas this week leading up to Christmas 2010. The 5-episode series from Jamie Oliver (originally screened in the UK in 2009) will air across the five weekday timeslots from Monday December 20, 2010 to Friday December 24, 2010 at 6:30pm.
Note: The clementine used in a lot of the recipes below is a variety of mandarin (orange).

He’s currently doing a similar thing again on Ch4 in UK this year. Titled Jamie’s Best Ever Christmas it’s a 2 episode series but I’ve seen bits from last year’s showing, like the turkey with flavoured butter and his twist on mice pies with Gennaro Contaldo.
