This morning while setting my PVR to record today’s episode of Duncan’s Thai Kitchen on GEM, I casually flicked through the other channels to see if there was anything else worth recording and came across a show called Adam’s Pasta Pilgrimage on Channel 9 in the afternoon. Reading the synopsis, I was surprised to read it is a new cooking/travelogue show from Chef Adam Swanson, the spokesperson for San Remo Pasta, and regular guest on Channel 10’s afternoon cooking shows.
Yet again, another gem of a show hidden away by Channel 9. This new 13-part cooking show is aired around 4pm on Saturday, today was the first episode. However, it being on Channel 9, don’t bother believing it will be on at that time every week, as Channel 9 is notorious for moving their weekend cooking shows around, it could end up anywhere between 3pm to 5pm! That said, it’s worth checking out for the picturesque Italian sceneries and pasta recipes along the way, and seeing the lanky chef squeezing himself into the little red Fiat, Louis, driving around Italy.
