Spanning 7 episodes viewers will sample the culinary delights and breathtaking locations of Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. Presenter Adam Liaw cooks classic Scandinavian dishes, learns traditional cooking methods and also provides his own spin on the central themes found throughout Scandinavian food.
In this new series Adam immerses himself in Scandinavian / Nordic culture, history and cuisine to explore the notion of The New Nordic food revolution and the effects it has had on the region and possibly our future.
