This brand new music video was just dropped onto YouTube earlier today. The song is a surprise collaboration by the two Kings of Mandopop, Jam and J J. It was written especially for the finale of the reality singing show, Singer 2020 (歌手·當打之年) last month where Jam has been competing in the past few months. This followed the surprise collaboration by another King of Mandopop last year when Jay Chou (周杰倫) released his single Won’t Cry (說好不哭) with surprise guest Ashin (阿信) from Mayday (五月天).

【廚娘香Q秀】Kuih Lapis Beras Bunga Telang / Kow Teng Kueh 蝶豆九層糕
Saw this video recently, thought it is a good idea to share it here, especially for beginners on how to steam this very common kueh, as it only uses the blue butterfly pea flowers (which you may substitute with natural food colour as the flower is difficult to obtain outside Southeast Asia) which is easier to manage rather than doing the traditional multiple-colour layers.
