Ano Toki Kiss Shite Okeba, or just Ano Kiss, is a new Japanese TV series that premiered on April 30, 2021. It is an 8-episode comedy series with the title of the series translated as If You Kissed Me Then or in Chinese, 要是當時吻了他／如果那時候接吻的話. So far, two episodes have aired and I really enjoyed both episodes as they are very funny, the third episode should go to air tonight in Japan. It is a soul-transfer story, that is a female soul ended up in a male body, and after epsiode one, it sort of turned into Ossan’s Love plotline, LOL… I know many BL fans do not accept this type of female-soul-in-a-male-body plot as BL, but I don’t mind, so I will tag it as BL. As long as the story is interesting and captivating, I will watch it and it already has a 8.1/10 ratings at Douban at the moment with nearly 50% of the viewers giving it 4 stars out of 5. Update June 12, 2021: That’s a good plot twist for ep 7, did not see that coming! Can’t wait to see how they resolve that plotline… Why do I get the feeling there’s going to be another accident and another soul transfer, LOL…
