Ingredients 材料:
150g minced pork (not too lean) 絞肉 150克
3g salt 鹽 3克
100g prawn meat 蝦子 100克 (50g flattened and chopped slightly, 50g sliced into pieces)
6g potato stach 太白粉 6克
a little minced ginger 薑泥 適量
3g sugar 糖 3克
15g shaoxing wine 紹興酒 15克
1g ground white pepper 白胡椒粉 1克
a few drops sesame oil 香油 適量
10 prawns for topping 裝飾蝦仁 10隻
10 peas for topping 青豆仁 10顆
10 pieces wonton wrappers 餛飩皮 10張
Dipping sauce 沾醬材料:
soy sauce, white vinegar, chilli oil 醬油、白醋、辣油皆適量
