Three fanfic songs written for My Roommate is a Detective 民國奇探 from last year and We Best Love from earlier this year. Actually strictly speaking just two songs, since the music from one song is used for two songs with different lyrics.
The first and third song below, Ten-Thousand-Word Love Poem 萬字情詩 and A Life of Enlightenment for Me 一生渡我, were written to ship the two male leads in the drama, My Roommate is a Detective. The second song, Suffocate 窒息, took the music from Ten-Thousand-Word Love Poem with authorization and wrote new lyrics as a fanfic song for Gao Shide 高仕德, the main character in the first two seasons of We Best Love. Also a note, JokerXu (an online singer) is not Joker Xue 薛之謙, two different singers!
