First Love 初恋 is a Japanese series that premiered on November 24, 2022. It immediately became the top 10 shows in many East Asian countries in the first couple of weeks the series was released, and was the top show in Japan and Taiwan. The drama was inspired by two songs sung by Hikaru Utada 宇多田ヒカル, First Love (released in 1999) and Hatsukoi 初恋 (released in 2018), hence both songs are also the main theme songs for the series.
