Guillaume’s French Atlantic is a new culinary travel series from chef Guillaume Brahimi which premiered on June 20, 2024 at 7:30pm on SBS and SBS On Demand. It has been a while since SBS debuts a new cooking series on its main channel in prime time on Thursday, which was the traditional timeslot for their new cooking series before the arrival of its digital cooking channel SBS Food.
In this 5-episode series, Brahimi travels along the west coast of France from Normandy through Brittany, Bordeaux and Pays de la Loire, and all the way to Pays Basque, also known as Basque Country, on a culinary journey of French coastal history, local produce and cuisine.
