The professional pastry chefs competing this year are Alisha Henderson, Christy Tania, Emelia Jackson, Dan Pasquali, Darren Purchese, Donato Toce, Jana Lai, John Demetrios, Katherine Sabbath and Reece Hignell.

Dessert Masters returns as hosts Melissa Leong and Amaury Guichon are joined by another 10 of Australia’s most talented pastry chefs set to battle for the title of Dessert Master & $100,000.

Contestants are stunned tonight when they find out that they must somehow incorporate movement into their dish – it might drip, turn, float, ooze or dissolve, but it must also be delicious.

Tonight’s elimination challenge begins with an exclusive Amaury masterclass that sees the pastry master demonstrate four of his signature techniques. Our chefs have 2.5 hours to create a dessert.
