Love in the Big City 대도시의 사랑법 is a South Korean comedy drama film and also a drama series respectively and they focused on different aspects of the story which is adapted from the novel of the same name by Park Sang Young 박상영. The LGBTQ+ film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 5, 2024 and released in South Korea on October 1, 2024. The 8-episode BL series is scheduled to premiere on October 21, 2024 but there is a big problem at the moment for the broadcaster with protest from uneducated community groups in South Korea and all promotions for the drama series have been withdrawn due to pressure from the protesters.
