The Journey to Killing You あなたを殺す旅 is a 6-episode Japanese yakuza BL series which will premiere on September 26, 2025. It is adapted from the manga of the same name by Asai Sai 浅井 西.
Kataoka, a loyal young yakuza member, is ordered by Kiriei, the boss’s son, to lay low after a gang dispute. Assigned to watch over Kataoka is former clan member Odajima, who not only serves as driver and caretaker, but at times fulfills Kataoka’s desires. Yet beneath his calm demeanor lies a brutal mission of revenge. On this perilous journey, love and hatred entwine in a dangerous bond. At the journey’s end, will they face death, or love?
The theme song is Tedium 徒然 (Tsurezure) sung by Yamamoto Daito 山本大斗. The opening sequence of the series featuring the song has been unveiled… I’ll update with the full song when it is released.
