UNREAL: Absurd General Store | UNREAL-不条理雑貨店- is a 6-episode Japanese fantasy series which will start airing from the early hours of October 14, 2025 in Japan. However it will have its first episode premiering as a special advance screening and meet and greet event on October 6, 2025 in Japan. It is adapted from the manga series of the same name with the original story written by Yodaka Kei ヨダカ ケイ and manga illustrated by Katayama Shu 片山愁.

“UNREAL” is a general store exuding a mysterious atmosphere and filled with beautiful antiques. The owner, Yagio (Someya Toshiyuki), always wears a tracksuit that seems out of place in an antique store, and is looked after by Hamaya Munechika (Konishi Eito), who works at a nearby cafe. As if guided by their own wishes, customers who visit “UNREAL” pick up antiques with mysterious charm, but each antique comes with its own “notes” that must be observed… And the owner, Yagio, has a wish of his own. Set in “UNREAL,” a mysterious general store where sinners gather, this is a daydream fantasy about a mysterious general store that is a dream or an illusion.
When customers visit a mysterious general store, their fates begin to change…
