The ninth season of The Cook Up with Adam Liaw starts Monday, February 16, 2026 at 7pm on SBS Food and SBS On Demand. SBS Food also started posting videos on their official YouTube channel from December 2025, so I hope they start posting the Ask Adam and other Tips and Tricks segments from the show there as well this year.
