Heated Rivalry is a 6-episode Canadian LGBTQ+ sports romance series which will drop on November 28, 2025 internationally. It has its first-episode premiere at the 38th image+nation Queer Film Festival in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on November 23, 2025. It is adapted from the second book of the same name from the Game Changers novel series written by Rachel Reid. There is a playlist for the novel itself created by Rachel Reid, so I expect there will be an official soundtrack for the series, although there’s no information for it at the moment. The Black Box 黑盒子 is a 12-episode Taiwanese sci-fi fantasy series exploring the themes of love, loss, and fate which premiered on October 31, 2025. It is adapted from the Taiwanese manhua of the same name by PONY published on LINE Webtoon. The drama series is an anthology of 4 stories, namely Creation Hell 造物獄, Space Journey 星際救援, Pig Family 豬人, & The White Box 黑白盒子, where each story is told in 3 episodes. Incidentally the fourth story, The White Box, is an extended remake of the short film The Black Box 黑盒子 released in 2023, which is also based on the manhua.
