The first trailer has just been dropped… The series is tagged as a short series 短劇, which usually means a vertical series of about 50-60 episodes with 2-3 minutes per episode, but the trailer is in wide screen format, so not sure what that short series refers to…

Blurred Desire 懵動 is a 61-episode vertical Chinese BL drama which will premiere on July 31, 2025 on the EGGJELLY (Singapore) app which is available for iOS only. It is adapted from the Chinese BL novel 唇諾之浮雲出岫 (Floating Clouds Out of the Cave), which is the first of a 2-volume novel, The Promise Sealed with Our Lips 唇諾, by Guan Gai Man Jing Hua 冠蓋滿京華 (previously known as Wu Wu Ning Yao 霧舞寧妖).

Desire 垂涎 (Chinese Series OST)
Desire The Series 垂涎 is a 16-episode Chinese BL series with ABO theme which will premiere on July 12, 2025. The series was teased more than a couple of years ago being the first ever ABO BL series… but since they took so long to make because I think when they announced it they haven’t even written (or just starting to write – in early 2023) the novel yet which the series was going to adapt from, LOL, that in the meantime there were other ABO-theme BL series already aired!

Revenged Love 逆愛 (Chinese Series OST)
Revenged Love 逆愛 is a 24-episode Chinese BL series that premiered on June 16, 2025, of course for international releases only outside China. It is a remake of the 8-episode Chinese series from 2015, Counter Attack: Falling in Love with a Rival 逆襲之愛上情敵. Both series are adapted from the classic BL novel Counter Attack 逆襲 by Chai Ji Dan 柴雞蛋 who is best known for her other acclaimed BL novel Are You Addicted? 你丫上瘾了 which has been adapted into a few Chinese and Thai versions of web drama in recent years.
Before you continue reading, there are very frightening happenings in China right now regarding danmei (BL) writers. The news about the arrest of danmei writers has been percolating since the end of last year, but it seems it is now spreading across China, very sad… Very hypocritical to target the individuals while letting the international branch of their big corporate media companies to broadcast BL dramas outside China… Well, you know what because they make money, while the helpless individuals who write those stories are being jailed…

Moon and Dust 壞狗 (Chinese Series OST)
Moon and Dust 壞狗 (Chinese title means Bad Dog) is a 6-episode (about 15 minutes or less per episode) Chinese BL series which premiered on May 23, 2025 on PPeach app and YouTube. It is the same app that made Uncle Unknown 叔不知 (12×7-minute series, I didn’t make a post for it since there’s no OST) last year. I thought they were not going to release the OST for this one, but surprisingly they have released two out of three songs on the OST since a couple of weeks ago…
