Recipes from Taste Le Tour 2010
my mum saw your show and was wondering what the recipe was with the cherries in. you put cherries on top then when the cake/dessert is cooked you tip it out and they are on the top/bottom can you please froward recipe to my email or let me no where to get it from.

Hmm, don’t seem to recall any such recipe from Taste le Tour this year. Justine Schofield’s Everyday Gourmet did have a similar recipe to what you described, not with cherries, but with blueberries and pear (see Ep 52 in that post).

Hi,
In the Stage 21 episode of Taste le Tour 2011, (when they were in Paris) Gabrielle Gate mentioned a place that he said was one of the best cafes in Paris, and this cafe sold lots of desserts and maccaroons, etc. I was wondering if you could recall what the place was called.
