Blue Lips 藍嘴唇 is a 16-episode Chinese BL series which premiered on July 8, 2026. It is adapted from the webnovel of the same name by Xia Zixu 夏子煦.
Former elite lawyer Teng Mo walks away from his promising career after becoming haunted by an unsolved murder case. He opens an adult shop and drifts through an empty, aimless life. One day, Wu Shi Xian, a rebellious singer with striking blue lipstick, walks into his store and repeatedly buys Viagra, catching Teng Mo’s attention. The truth, however, is far different from what he imagines — the medication is for Wu Shi Xian’s older sister, who suffers from pulmonary arterial hypertension, a rare disease that turns patients’ lips blue due to oxygen deprivation, earning them the nickname “Blue Lips.” As they confront the harsh realities of the healthcare system and the pursuit of justice, two broken souls finally reveal the wounds they’ve kept hidden and find the courage to love again.
