These fluffy pancakes are very popular in the last couple of years. I have seen recipes asking to use ring moulds, or even paper rings made up of baking paper to shape the pancakes, but seeing them being made in these commercial kitchens in South Korea, no moulds are necessary… Maybe just need to find the right recipes…

My Oxygen (“Oxygen: The Series ดั่งลมหายใจ” TV Theme Song) – Supanut
Oxygen: The Series is an upcoming BL drama from Thailand. There is already a big buzz about the series which will premiere on September 12, 2020. It is produced by Mauve Bangkok, so hopefully international viewers will be able to watch it on their YouTube channel… But in the meantime, the official theme song MV has just been released, it is actually quite a catchy song, so enjoy!
Update September 13, 2020: This is fast! I thought I have to wait at least a few days to watch the series with English subtitles included, but yay, Episode 1 is already uploaded with Eng sub on YouTube! See embedded video below…

I have also included a list of upcoming BL series set to premiere for the later part of the year or early next year. At the bottom of this post are some trailers.

The Little Nyonya (2020 TV Theme Songs) 大陸2020電視劇《小娘惹》片頭片尾曲
This is the new 2020 remake TV series from mainland China based on the original popular 2008 Singaporean TV series of the same name, The Little Nyonya 小娘惹. The theme songs are sung by artists from Jay Chou’s music management company, JVR Music, so that got me curious to listen to the songs even though I have not watched this new TV series. After listening to the songs, I was not disappointed, especially the opening theme song’s lyrics was written by the accomplished lyricist, Vincent Fang 方文山!
