Second Plate 세컨드 플레이트 is a 6-episode Korean BL series which will start on October 8, 2026 on TRUE FILM YouTube channel. However the series has already premiered on October 6, 2026 for members-only early access. As with the BL series on this channel, most episodes are short, around 10 minutes each, so I assume this series will also be a short series as well…
Kang Yoo-Hyun (Jee Yoon-Jae 지윤재): 29 years old. He possesses both pride and high self-esteem. He entered the Department of Hotel Culinary Arts without ever doubting his own abilities, but after meeting his junior, Min-Gyeom, he faced an insurmountable gap in talent for the first time. Unable to accept the fact that there is someone he cannot catch up to through effort alone, he eventually gave up on cooking and dropped out of college. Currently, he works as an assistant manager in the new product development team at a food company. He is fast and precise at work, and completes his duties more neatly than anyone else.
Oh Min-Gyeom (Ko Jeong-Mo 고정모): 28 years old. A college junior of Yoo-Hyun and a famous chef who has made a name for himself both domestically and internationally. Ironically, although he became a famous chef after succeeding overseas, the reason he returned to Korea is also Yoo Hyun. He is sly and skilled at handling people.
Lee Jun-Seong (Jeon Yu-Bin 전유빈): 29 years old. Yoo-Hyun’s college classmate and long-time best friend. He has watched the relationship between Yoo-Hyun and Min-Gyeom since their college days and knows their past.
Han Jung-Woo (Kim Young-Kuk 김영국): Manager.
