Secrets Happened on the Litchi Island 荔枝樹下熱烈島 is a 7-episode Chinese BL series which premiered (internationally only) on March 3, 2025. The full series is about the length of a film, so in some press releases it is also indicated as a film… The final episode, Episode 7, was released a few days ago, but there will be more epilogue episodes to follow, apparently 13 episodes altogether, with the first epilogue episode just uploaded yesterday. The beautiful countryside sceneries, summer mood, cycling, swimming plotlines, and the fruit (lychees) do remind me of a certain LGBTQ+ film from a few years ago set in the summery Italian countryside which has peaches featured, what is it called?
