Seriously, a title like that! Just to clarify, the double ‘x’ in Buxxy are actually double ‘s’, I am just trying to be careful in case that word is not allowed to be spelled as is… I know it is a wordplay on the title Beauty and the Beast, but still, it is hilarious… Buxxy and the Beast is a 46-episode AI anime-style werewolf romantasy vertical series that dropped on June 23, 2026 on Vigloo. If you like fantasy werewolf story, you should enjoy this as I think it is one of the better AI animations to come out in terms of story, but still a lot of inconsistencies in the animation itself.

I’m easily pleased, anything with food, I watch, LOL… You know, sometimes watching a movie or a drama is not about how good the acting or the story is. Sometimes, it is just about how that story hit you at the right spot at that particular moment, even if the story telling or the acting is crap. Sometimes you just need a silly comedy that you don’t need to think or analyse too much to relax, or a karma/revenge story like this AI drama to let off some steam after a hard day. But I am a sucker for karma/revenge stories for a good laugh anyway, especially one that is as unapologetic as this AI drama, LOL… WTF! I don’t even know where to begin with this Chinese AI drama, LOL… First of all there is no English title, the direct translation of the Chinese title 姐夫和校霸 要如何選擇 is How to Choose Between His Brother-in-Law and the School Bully? I’ve shortened it to just His Brother-in-law or the School Bully? for the title of this post… Next I can’t even find any information about the series or if the YouTube version I watched it on is the original platform where it was released! But I doubt it since it said 52 episodes currently on the thumbnail, which means that the series must have been in episodic release from its original platform like the vertical series. With Chinese AI creators currently pumping out AI dramas like there’s no tomorrow, it is impossible to know where all these AI animations came from!
