OK, back to reality after my previous post for April Fool’s Day, LOL… However this long awaited series may turn out to be another April Fool’s joke, as many believe the release of this series to be a fake since the news broke yesterday on April 1, 2026, but there are new posters and teaser, so let’s wait and see. Wooju Bakery 우주빵집 is an 8-episode Thai and Korean co-produced BL series which will premiere on April 10, 2026 on the Korean app Wavve 웨이브. I believe there is an OST for the series, but not sure if it will be released since the series has been shelved for so long after the original Korean production company went broke…
Update April 8, 2026: The premiere date has been delayed and will now premiere on April 20, 2026 on Wavve 웨이브.
Update April 10, 2026: LOL, it looks like Wavve 웨이브 in Korea won’t get the premiere anymore, instead the series will get its premiere internationally first on April 19, 2026 on GagaOOLala!
Update April 25, 2026: Oh, so much controversy… GagaOOLala has withdrawn from streaming the series due to dispute over non-payment to the actors after the original Korean production company went bankrupt… However Wavve 웨이브 has gone ahead to stream the series in Korea…
